Port O’Connor Rods will replace any broken Port O’Connor Rod for its corresponding replacement fee for the lifetime of the original product, and for the lifetime of any replacements thereafter. No receipt is required to process the warranty, but Port O’Connor Rods must receive the broken rod in its entirety. The original decal denoting the model of rod, reel seat, handle, and at least 80% of the rod blank and guides must be present and recognizable.
If you would like to start a warranty claim, please stop by our store and bring your broken rod. If you are unable to make it to the store please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started. Custom rebuilds are normally complete within 2-4 weeks from the date we receive the broken rod.
